These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and TimeSavvy regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and TimeSavvy relating to the same subject matter.
18. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Use, by operation of law or otherwise, without TimeSavvy's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms of Use, without such consent, will be null and void.
19. Amendments
TimeSavvy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
20. Survival
Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 14 (Indemnification), 15 (Severability), 16 (Waiver), 17 (Entire Agreement), 18 (Assignment), and 20 (Survival) shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms of Use.
21. Language
These Terms of Use may be translated into other languages for convenience or reference purposes. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
